Along the way we often talk only about the basement itself, but this project was far more than that. The client had just bought the house and wanted to maximise the space in every possible way. We designed a complete transformation for him: a new internal layout, a double‑storey side extension, a rear ground‑floor extension, a full loft conversion, and almost 32 metres of underground basement running from the front door all the way to the back of the garden.
